It is meant to be a side dish like a sweet pickle but can be used as a sweet relish or chow chow. We make chicken salad with chicken, mayo, red grapes cut in half, sliced almonds and zucchini relish – it is delicious. The zucchini and corn relish is a great combination in pasta salad.
