In the 1980’s, Tammy Craddock began selling the fresh baked goods she made in her farm home near Columbus, Mississippi. Having been raised on an Illinois farm, she insisted on the freshest of ingredients. Her friends encouraged her to consider broadening her business.
With advice from Mississippi State University’s Food and Fiber Center, she moved to a production plant and launched Jubilations Cheesecake. Demand for her cheesecakes has grown as the Internet and fundraisers have brought more business to the company.
Tammy has officially retired after more than 20 years of delighting cheesecake eaters across the USA. Since then, we’ve built a new bakery in West Point, Mississippi where we still honor those special recipes and methods (they are still a secret!). When we built the bakery, we also added a beautiful new coffee house where customers can enjoy a full complement of scratch made breakfast and lunch items, premium barista coffees and of course, our delicious cheesecakes.

Our mouthwatering cakes are made the same way you would at home, but with bigger mixers and ovens. The bakers in our kitchen feel like family, and we believe you’ll be able to taste the difference in the first bite.
Each cake will arrive frozen and solid, allowing for perfect presentation upon thawing. Our freezing process preserves freshness and helps maintain a creamy, delicious texture. The 9 inch cakes are pre-sliced, and the 7 inch cakes are unsliced
